I am going to move that we approve this subdivision certain subject to all the conditions presented by staff and with a few additions. The conditions are the ones by staff, "I will back off this Stonegate when based on what we heard in testimony today.” I would add a condition to the effect that will be Kraft Cheesed or what ever you want to call it by Sean to the effect that the applicant shall make application to hook-up to the appropriate Water & Sewer District for central water and sewer supply, If that fails, if they are denied then they shall take appropriate action or apply for whatever their options would be on-site that's the idea. Secondly, this is the one you won't agree to Joe; secondly they shall work with the Trails Advisory Committee to provide an easement for a trail through lot #1, consistent with the County
Trails Plan.
